Stars last game of season against Chepstow at home

Stars play Chepstow on Saturday 2:30 KO at Stade de Libanus.

This is the last game of the season for both clubs. There is nothing on the game as both cannot get relegated or promoted but I am sure both sides will be looking for a win to end the season.

The Stars have already beaten a number of records since getting promoted into this league. This is their 3rd season in this very competitive league and this season they have won more games and accumulated more points then in the previous 2 seasons. They have done the double over local teams Fleur de Llys, New Tredegar and Llanhilleth.

This is all down to the Stars core players who regularly turn up most Saturdays and training sessions and especially the Captain Ross Martin and coach Gordon Thomas whose commitment has kept he club going during a few difficult times.

The Stars are confident that they can finish the season with another victory.

Once Saturday is over the club will be announcing positive plans for pre season and next season to continue the progress achieved in Division 3A into 2017/18.
